方 泉,男,二级教授,博士生导师,现任best365官方网站登录入口副院长、医学生理学与心理学研究所所长2002年本科毕业于best365官方网站登录入口生物学国家基地班,2007年博士毕业留校从事科研教学工作,2014年晋升为教授。2014年在美国杜克大学医学中心从事为期1年的访问学者研究。

主要从事神经肽类新药研究,先后入选教育部国家级人才计划青年项目、 “新世纪优秀人才”,甘肃省“飞天学者”青年学者、“领军人才”,以及best365官方网站登录入口“萃英学者”等人才项目。主持各类科研课题近20项,其中国家自然科学基金4项、甘肃省创新群体项目1项。以一作或通讯作者(含共同)在J Med Chem (含封面文章)、Br J Pharmacol等SCI期刊上发表的论文44篇。已申请美国专利1件、国家发明专利17件(授权10件)、国际PCT专利2件;所研发的镇痛候选药物的部分成果已成功转化并用于原创性新药研发。研究成果曾获国家技术发明奖二等奖(排名第三),教育部科技进步一等奖(排名第五),甘肃省技术发明一等奖(排名第二),中国药学会科学技术一等奖(排名第二)。

1. 神经肽生理与药理                                           

       神经肽是机体内一类重要的神经递质/调质,本实验室利用不同效能和效价的肽类分子作为药理学工具,来探讨内源性神经肽及其受体系统的生理学和药理学功能及其作用机制。

2. 神经肽与疼痛/痒觉                                          

       神经肽在躯体感觉的传导和调节中扮演重要的角色,本课题组利用分子、细胞和行为等多种研究手段来探讨神经肽在痛觉和痒觉调节过程中的作用及其具体机制。

3. 神经肽类新药创制 

       在神经肽结构和功能的研究基础上,以具有医药应用前景的内源性神经肽为化学模板而构建一系列的全新的肽类分子,以期筛选并获得具有高效、低副作用、镇痛(或止痒)类多肽药物的先导化合物用于多肽新药的研发。
